The LUN platform, together with Forbes Ukraine, has prepared for the first time a rating of the TOP-10 developers of Ukraine by the number of apartments put into operation since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
LUN analysts analyzed data from certificates of commissioning of facilities and calculated the total number of apartments commissioned by developers in the period from the second quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2025.
According to the results of the study, the development company Intergal-Bud took 2nd place among all developers in Ukraine, having commissioned 7,750 apartments in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Lviv, Zhytomyr and Chernivtsi. This is 3.1% of the total volume of housing put into operation in Ukraine during this period.
