On December 18, the Ukrainian Building Awards 2025 took place at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv Hotel, which became the final and key event of the professional year for the architectural, construction, development and design community of Ukraine.
This year, the award brought together 939 industry leaders - developers, architects, designers, business representatives, communities, and government institutions - to recognize companies and projects that shape a new quality of the living environment, take responsibility for rebuilding the country, and work with content, not just form.
According to the results of the award, the Intergal-Bud company won the award in the nomination "Leader in Housing Commissioning".
Olena Ryzhova, commercial director of Intergal-Bud:
"For us, this award is primarily about trust and responsibility. The full-scale war radically changed the working conditions for the entire industry, but we never stopped construction and continued to fulfill our obligations to investors. For the Intergal-Bud team, it is important not just to build quality houses, but to create a space in which residents feel comfortable and safe even in difficult times. This recognition is confirmation that even in difficult times it is possible and necessary to work systematically, responsibly and with a thought for the future of Ukrainian cities."
It should be noted that Intergal-Bud is one of the most stable developers in Ukraine and one of the leaders in terms of construction rates and the number of houses put into operation during the full-scale war (according to the ratings of LUN, NV, Forbes). Despite the war, the company is implementing all its residential complexes, putting facilities into operation and launching new projects not only in Kyiv, but also in Lviv, Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr.
