On February 5, the official LUN Awards 2026 ceremony, the first professional real estate market event for development companies, took place in Kyiv, at Regent Hill.
The rating was formed by the LUN analytical platform based on real performance indicators of companies, the sequence of implementation of construction projects, the level of transparency of communication, and investor trust.
According to the results of the evaluation, the Intergal-Bud company took first place, leading the all-Ukrainian rating.
The recognition is of particular importance, because LUN, as an independent analytical platform, works in-depth with market data and objective metrics, reflecting the real state of the development industry.
