Intergal-Bud continues to fulfill its obligations and put the facilities into operation.
On March 31, 2026, the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued an official certificate series IU123260317543, which certifies the compliance of the completed construction and readiness for operation of the last building (No. 5) of the Teremky residential complex, located on the street. Akademika Zabolotnogo, 15 in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv.
