Why loyalty programs are esential for companies?

Loyalty program is not just a marketing instrument, but rather strategic and complex initiative of the company. Today loyalty programs become more and more diverse, they use various methods and approaches to attract and retain buyers. Intergal-Bud has its distinct identity and deserved reputation. We seek to maintain long-term relations with our buyers, and hence actively develop loyalty programs for our clients.

Among our last initiatives are long-term installment program and program of social guarantees, which both ensure certain stability for the buyers of "Intergal-Bud" in current complicated environment and constitute a platform for quality relations.

In 2016 "Intergal-Bud” took the unprecedented step and presented the unique instrument on the market – payment in installments within 10 years supported by the developer. It is entirely based on the own financial resources of the company without outsourcing financial instruments. Only robust company is able to afford such initiative.

Along with the launch of the long-term installment program "Intergal-Bud" offered the program of social guarantees to its buyers. For instance, when the number of underage family members reaches five persons or one of the breadwinners is lost or becomes invalid, the company undertakes to review the conditions of their installment program. This may concern decrease of monthly or annual installments, discount for the balance or debt forgiveness.

Our loyalty programs are of high demand among the consumers. They are convenient, simple, clear and transparent for the buyers; therefore, they effectively operate and allow to achieve the set objectives.

Our recent co-branding projects with Agromat and Leo-Ceramics are worth noting. These programs enable our buyers to minimize the expenses for refurbishment and decoration of their new apartments. Following the conclusion of the main sales contracts for apartment, each buyer is granted the discount card for up to 25% discount of the purchase.

We are fully confident that such appreciation programs promote the long-term relations with our buyers. The company has scheduled to launch several joint projects with the leading manufacturers and suppliers of construction and decoration materials soon.
