Construction dynamics of INTERGAL CITY for April 2026

Construction of the complex is progressing steadily, with key engineering and finishing work well underway.

Tower A — in the final stages of completion

Masonry work is complete (100%), and the installation of internal utility systems is nearly finished: water supply and sewerage — 98–99%, heating systems — 98%.

Ventilation is 87% complete, air conditioning systems are 65% complete, and fire suppression systems are 75% complete.

Facade work is nearing completion: NVF — 93%, SPOK — 98%, forming a cohesive architectural image of the tower.

Interior work is proceeding at a rapid pace: floor screed — 87%, plastering — 90%, electrical installation — 85%.

Engineering infrastructure is also in an active phase: boiler room — 85%, heat distribution units and heating modules — 85%, building automation and communication systems — 85%.

The final stages have begun: door installation (15%), finishing of technical floors (60%), and common areas (20%).

Work continues on terraces (30%) and internal technical rooms (up to 80%).

Sales department — in the implementation phase (15%).

Tower D — active phase of structural work and facades

Monolithic work is 91% complete. In parallel, the installation of facade systems (60%) is underway, which will determine the future aesthetics of the building.

Towers B, C, and D — steady construction progress

• Tower B: masonry — 80%, interior plumbing — 70%, ventilation — 70%, floor screed — 40%, air conditioning — 40%.
• Tower C: masonry — 85%, plumbing work — 70%, floor screed — 85%.
• Tower D: masonry — 85%, steel structures — 90%, installation of ventilation units — 50%. 

Other facilities in the complex

Building 6 — 45% of the concrete work has been completed.

Stylobate — 85% of the concrete work is complete.

Office building on the slope — 95% of the concrete work is complete.

Finishing work (sandblasting — 75%) and demolition (60%) are underway in the parking garage.

Retaining walls:

RW19 — 100%, RW1 — 90%, RW2 — 5%.

External utilities

Installation of utility infrastructure is ongoing: water supply and sewerage (W1, S1, S2) — 60% each, gas pipeline — 20%.
