Construction Progress of Intergal-Bud Projects in September 2026

Intergal-Bud continues active construction across all of its residential developments. In September, a wide range of works was underway at the construction sites — from foundations and reinforced concrete frames to engineering systems installation and finishing works.

CITY HUB has entered the final stage of construction. At Polar Park, interior finishing and engineering systems installation are already underway in Building No. 1, while the reinforced concrete frame of Building No. 2 has been completed. At Kaskad Residence, the structural frames of the first two sections are being constructed, while the monolithic works on the shelter are almost complete. At INTERGAL CITY, landscaping, engineering and finishing works are ongoing. At Sky Avenue, façade insulation works are underway on Building No. 3, while at Novi Syretski Sady, foundations are being prepared for the new buildings.
