Dynamics of Intergal-Bud facilities for August 2026

In August, Intergal-Bud continued active construction across all of its residential developments in Kyiv. Monolithic structural, façade, engineering, and finishing works are ongoing at the construction sites, along with the development of parking facilities and landscaped surrounding areas.

At Polar Park, the first building now has a fully completed monolithic structural frame, while at Kaskad Residence the first floors of two sections are actively being constructed.

We are also introducing construction progress updates for the Novi Syretski Sady residential complex, which officially launched sales in early September.
