In Zoryan, the Intergal-Bud launched an apartment repair service from the developer.

Buyers can choose not only the layout of the apartment, but also a ready-made interior design solution, and all renovation work and equipment is undertaken by the developer.

Renovations are carried out in accordance with the design project and include basic work and equipment.

Buyers have four interior design options available:

• Scandinavian
• Minimalism
• Mediterranean
• Classic

Each design project involves thoughtful ergonomics, modern materials, and balanced color solutions.

The package includes:

• finishing of walls, ceilings and floors;
• interior doors with fittings;
• plumbing equipment - toilet, washbasin with a cabinet, bathtub or shower cabin, heated towel rail and mixers;
• mirrors, lighting, sockets and switches;
• underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen area.

The service allows buyers not to deal with the search for contractors, purchase of materials and coordination of repair work. All processes are organized by the developer in accordance with the selected design project.
