"Intergal-Bud" has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to ensure law and order at the construction sites of the capital
On the 14-th of September, 2016, a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of law, order and public understanding in the implementation of construction activities was signed. The initiator of the signing of the document was the city chairman Vitali Klitschko. The memorandum was signed by the largest developers of Ukraine.
“Intergal-Bud” joined the signing of the memorandum - the company's general director, Alexander Galyas, signed the document.
Also, the document was signed by Andrei Kryshchenko, Head of the National Police Headquarters in Kiev, Yury Zozulya, Head of the Patrol Police of the capital, and such major developers as Kyivgorstroy, Zhitloinvestbud-UCB, UkrBud, UDP, ZHBK Plant named after Kovalskaya”, “GEOS”, “Foundation”, “Capital of Groups” and others.
According to the memorandum, the developers undertake to conduct an active outreach work with the residents of residential buildings adjacent to the construction, to place an information stand with detailed information about the project at the gate on the construction site, and not to engage private security companies for the security of construction areas.
In turn, the city authorities assured that in the future they will ensure timely publication on the websites of the KSCA and the Kyiv City Council of the Kyiv Council decisions or KGGA instructions regarding land allocation, the register of land lease agreements and supplementary agreements to them, urban planning conditions and restrictions issued by to developers.
"Intergal-Bud" company is confident that by joint efforts it will finally be possible to bring order to the construction sites of the capital.
“Today it is very important to restore public confidence in the builders. Any conflicts on construction sites are unacceptable, all issues must be resolved through dialogue. We are confident that the memorandum will help to establish communication between representatives of the construction industry and the people of Kiev, ”said Alexander Galas, the General Director of "Intergal-Bud".
