Intergal-Bud summed up the results of 2025

Despite all the challenges of wartime, Intergal-Bud is one of the most stable developers in Ukraine and remains among the market leaders in terms of construction rates and the number of houses completed during the war.

2025 was an active and eventful year and confirmed the company's reputation as a responsible developer that maintains a high pace of construction, puts facilities into operation, and brings new projects to the market.

● In 2025, the company commissioned over 194,617 m2, of which 108,927 m2 of apartments, 38,512 m2 of commercial real estate (including storage rooms and parking lots) and 1,702 apartments.

● In the western region, a class A business center was put into operation, which is part of the modern multifunctional complex Mill Town (Lviv);

● In the capital region, the company completed and commissioned the following projects or construction phases:

- 2 houses and a modern fitness center in the residential complex "Ozernyy gai Gatne".

- 1 building of the Sky Avenue residential complex.

- 2 buildings of the Holosiivskyi residential complex.

- 1 building of the Teremky residential complex.

- 1 building of the residential complex "Syretski Sady".

- Residential complex "Lukyanivka cascade."

● Launched new projects with an area of ​​163,021 m2, of which 65,686 m2 in Kyiv and 97,335 m2 in the western region of Ukraine: residential complex "Zoryani" (Lviv), residential quarter Wings (Lviv), residential complex Urban Residence (Lviv), residential complex Polar Park (Kyiv).

● We signed a joint lending agreement with OTP Bank: purchasing real estate from the company has become more accessible for clients - no collateral or additional payments.

● We not only continued our active participation in the state programs "eHousing" and "eReconstruction", but also significantly increased the volumes: as of December 1, over 400 contracts were signed under the "eHousing" program, which gave thousands of Ukrainians the opportunity to take advantage of preferential terms for purchasing housing. We are proud of the trust of the state and banks that accredit our facilities, including those at the construction stage, for participation in these programs.

● We concluded the first joint agreement with Oschadbank within the framework of the "eRecovery" and "eHousing" programs - this is the first such comprehensive agreement for the capital and an important step in addressing the housing needs of compensation certificate holders.

● We increased the share of buyers choosing renovated apartments from Intergal-Bud by more than 30%, and also launched the sale of housing with a finished renovation for the first time in the western region. In 2026, we plan to increase the share of sales of renovated apartments from 30% to 40%.

● We have updated the concept of the multifunctional premium residential complex Intergal City - Cruise for Life. It is not just square meters or apartments, it is a premium "cruise" of services, emotions, comfort, lifestyle and new opportunities in the very heart of Pechersk.

● Implemented a number of commercial projects, building modern centers for both large retail chains and world-class restaurants.

● We continued the work with the Orangery at VDNH, which we started last year, and equipped inclusive restrooms and made the complex barrier-free, ensuring the accessibility of the orangery for all groups of visitors.

● Promoting the development of sports and active leisure for children and youth, we continued our partnership with the Sokil hockey club and began supporting the All-Ukrainian Youth Basketball League.

● Hosted over a dozen events for residents and potential buyers in their residential complexes, creating opportunities for networking and active leisure.

● The company's specialists spoke at key industry events, sharing their own practices and implementing modern standards in architecture and design.

● We organized an open competition for interior designers of the premium complex Intergal City: an inspiring space. The finalists were given the opportunity to implement their ideas in real projects.

● Received official delegations and distinguished guests: Ambassador Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine Masashi Nakagome and representatives of Japanese business, the We Build Ukraine think tank, as well as representatives of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, and specialized construction associations.

● We supported talented youth by participating in the largest student architectural competition in Ukraine, Steel Freedom 2025, during which the best architectural concepts were identified.

● Conducted field lectures and master classes for schoolchildren, introducing them to construction and architectural professions.

● We confirmed our leading positions in the market and, at the end of 2025, received the title of "Developer of the Year" at the all-Ukrainian IBUILD Award and won the nomination "Leader in Housing Commissioning" at the Ukrainian Building Awards 2025.

● We believe in Ukraine and continue the construction of 10 complexes in Kyiv, 7 in Lviv, and 1 each in Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr.

● In 2026, we plan to launch several new unique projects of various classes, which will allow different categories of buyers to purchase their own home.
