The Intergal-Bud development company is launching the pre-sale of its new residential complex, Novi Syretski Sady, in Kyiv’s Podilskyi district. The new residential development is an extension of the large-scale Syretski Sady complex, which the company delivered as an integrated residential neighborhood with its own infrastructure, green areas, and recreational spaces.
Construction of the first four buildings (project Nos. 11, 12, 13, and 14), each 24 storeys high and comprising a total of 805 apartments, has already begun.
Novi Syretski Sady retains the DNA of the existing project while introducing reimagined architectural and façade solutions, upgraded infrastructure, as well as redesigned recreation areas, children’s playgrounds, and sports spaces.
The project will include 172 guest parking spaces, while an additional 1,426 parking spaces will be available in a multi-level parking facility that is already under construction.
One of the key advantages of the new buildings will be the autonomy of their engineering systems. The buildings will feature their own rooftop gas boiler plants, providing independent heating without reliance on the municipal heating network.
At the pre-sale stage, buildings No. 11 and No. 12 are available, offering buyers the most attractive conditions for both investment and purchasing a home for personal use: the widest selection of layouts ranging from 34 m² to 83 m², prices starting from UAH 54,000 per m², and a 2-year installment plan from the developer with a down payment starting from 40%.
Special pre-sale terms are valid only until September 6, 2026.
The scheduled completion date for buildings No. 11 and No. 12 is Q1 2029.
