Intergal City Receives Five-Star Recognition at the European Property Awards 2026–2027

Intergal City, a premium mixed-use development by Intergal-Bud, has been named a winner of the European Property Awards 2026–2027 in the High Rise Development category.

The awards ceremony took place in London in late October as part of the International Property Awards, an international programme recognising excellence in architecture, design, development and real estate.

In the High Rise Development category, the international jury assessed high-rise residential projects based on their architectural concept, design quality, functionality of layouts, innovative solutions, spatial organisation and the creation of a comfortable living environment. The quality of architectural execution, engineering solutions and the extent to which each project meets contemporary residential property standards were also important evaluation criteria.

Intergal City is being developed in Kyiv’s Pechersk district, on Staronavodnytska Street. The project is designed as a mixed-use complex comprising five rounded high-rise towers of varying heights and orientations. One of the development’s key features is the positioning of the towers, which helps reduce direct visual contact between apartments, improve natural lighting and open up panoramic views of Kyiv, the Dnipro slopes, Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and the Motherland Monument.

The project includes 707 apartments, a multi-level underground parking facility for 1,350 vehicles with a shelter designed to metro-level protection standards, as well as business and retail spaces, a boutique gallery, fitness centre, SPA, children’s room, lounge areas and much more. Particular attention has been given to the organisation of the internal environment: landscaped walking routes, children’s and sports areas, and recreation zones are planned on the stylobate. Green terraces and pedestrian bridges will create additional public spaces at different levels throughout the complex.

The result achieved at the European Property Awards gives the project an opportunity to advance to the next stage of the International Property Awards, where the best projects among the regional winners will be selected.

Intergal City’s victory at the European Property Awards in the High Rise Development category is the development’s second international award this year. Earlier, Intergal City was also named a winner of the BIP Global Architecture Award 2026 in the Residential category.
