• Innovative solutions such as the smart home system.

KV: Do you have business class objects in your portfolio? When are you planning to commission?
Anna Laevskaya: In the portfolio of the company “Intergal-Bud” there is a unique residential complex “Vladimirsky”, which meets all the requirements of business class housing. The house is actively built and sold. Completion of the object is scheduled for the end of 2019. This is our first entry into the luxury housing market. But the company has very ambitious plans, in the near future we expect to launch several more significant objects of this class.
Residential complex “Vladimirsky” is located in a historic place on the street. Antonovich, which is located at the intersection of Pechersk and Goloseevsky districts. Near the object there are several business centers, shopping and entertainment centers, the concert hall "Ukraine", the church of St. Nicholas with the organ hall, the NSC “Olympic”, supermarkets, top-class restaurants, Maria Zankovetska Park, medical clinics, and other urban infrastructure.
At the same time, it is possible to get to the Kiev airport in 15 minutes, the journey by car to the railway station takes about 10 minutes.

KV: What choice of layouts do you offer? Are the modern requirements for a complete set of apartments system "smart home"?
Anna Laevskaya: The choice of layouts is really huge - 12 options for every taste. The smart home system is integrated into the house. We should also note the non-standard apartment layouts. We have planned apartments in this apartment with dressing rooms, rounded interior walls, and apartments with terraces.

Basic equipment includes intelligent intercom, surveillance cameras, energy consumption metering, access control.

KV: What services are provided for residents of the house?
Anna Laevskaya: An administrator or concierge at the reception desk will meet in the entrance group of the residents' house. Guests and apartment owners will be able to relax or have a short meeting in a stylish and equipped recreation area, in which coziness and comfort will be ensured by the specially designed designers.
