We inform that the company "Intergal-Bud" continues to work on the construction of sewage systems and connecting the "Ozernyi gai Gatnoe" complex to the engineering communications of the city of Kiev.

At this moment:
1) To speed up the construction process of sewage and water supply systems, as previously reported, a tender was held. According to the results, 3 contracting companies were selected that will simultaneously carry out the work;
2) Materials, equipment and equipment have been delivered to the construction site;
3) Excavation work began, namely digging a trench for the water supply main;
4) Pipe welding is performed.
The next stage of work will be the installation of water supply.

We also inform that the following work was carried out to ensure uninterrupted power supply of the complex:

1) The reconstruction of the substation "Chabany" 110/10 kV with the installation of 10kV cells;
2) 10 kV cable lines were laid from the Chabany substation to 10 kV distribution points in the Ozerny Gai Gatnoe residential complex;
3) Mounted distribution points 10 kV, as well as transformer substations 10 / 0.4 kV;
4) Cable lines of 0.4 kV to residential buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are laid;
5) Voltage from Chabany substation to 10 kV switchgears is applied.

The next step will be:
1) Signing tenants with PJSC "Kyivoblenergo" direct contracts for electricity supply (residential rate);
2) Supply voltage to residential buildings on a permanent basis.
