The official launch of the Kaskad Residence complex sales has begun!

The development company "Intergal-Bud" announces the official start of sales of a new large-scale residential complex of comfort class - Kaskad Residence, located on the left bank of the capital.

The project involves the construction of two multi-section buildings with a height of 12 to 21 floors with 1,859 apartments in the Darnytskyi district, on Prychalna Street, just 200 meters from the Dnieper.

The architectural feature is a distinct cascading concept with open terraces that form additional private space for relaxation and work in the open air.

Each building has its own roof gas boiler room and backup generators that will ensure the autonomous operation of heating, elevators and all engineering networks even during power outages.

A closed area without cars, round-the-clock security, equipped shelters are the basis security of the complex. Underground parking for 800+ cars, thoughtful landscaping and over 30 thousand m² of infrastructure create a comfortable living environment.

“During the pre-sale, which started on June 1, we saw a clear and high demand for a new project on the left bank of the capital,” says Oleksandr Poltorak, brand marketing specialist of the development company Intergal-Bud. “Buyers are attracted by the successful location of the complex, new approaches in construction, modern aesthetics of facades, autonomous engineering solutions. But the main factor is trust in the company. "Intergal-Bud" has been fulfilling its obligations for 23 years and annually puts into operation a large number of residential and commercial projects.

At the start of the sale, special investment conditions are available for buyers: cost from 56,250 UAH/m2, installments from the developer up to 2 years with a down payment of 40%.

A wide selection of layouts is available for sale:

  • 1-room apartments: 33.5 - 50.7 m2
  • 2-room apartments: 50.5 - 80.2 m2
  • 3-room apartments: 82.5 - 92.6 m2

The planned completion of the first stage of construction is planned for the fourth quarter of 2028.
