Building No. 2 of the Sky Avenue residential complex developed by Intergal-Bud has officially been assigned a postal address: 11V Sviatoslava Khorobroho Street, Kyiv.
The relevant Order No. 1699 dated December 12, 2025, issued by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), confirms the building’s readiness for commissioning and the start of property title registration for future residents.
We would like to remind that on December 5, 2025, the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued a certificate, series No. ІУ123251126933, confirming the completion of construction and readiness for operation of Building No. 2 of the Sky Avenue residential complex, as well as the underground parking facility beneath Buildings No. 1 and No. 2.
The building has 16 floors and comprises 314 apartments. The total gross area of the residential building is 22,496 sq m, while the total area of the apartments is 19,155 sq m.
Constructed using monolithic frame technology, the building features energy-efficient windows and energy-saving lighting equipped with motion sensors.
Each entrance is fitted with high-speed, silent elevators, and the lobbies are finished with designer interiors and cozy lounge areas.
The complex offers well-developed internal infrastructure, with modern sports and children’s playgrounds, as well as green areas for walking and relaxation. An underground parking facility is provided for residents’ vehicles. Round-the-clock security and a video surveillance system ensure safety and peace of mind for all residents.
