"Intergal-Bud" has started selling apartments in the "Novi Syretski Sady"

Intergal-Bud Development Company announces the official launch of sales at the Novi Syretski Sady residential complex in Kyiv’s Podilskyi District. The new project is a continuation of the large-scale Syretski Sady residential complex, which the company developed as an integrated neighborhood with its own infrastructure, green areas, and recreational spaces.

Construction of the first four buildings — project Nos. 11, 12, 13, and 14 — has already begun. The 24-storey buildings will comprise a total of 805 apartments.

Novi Syretski Sady will feature updated architectural and facade solutions, modern infrastructure, as well as a new approach to recreational areas, children’s playgrounds, and sports facilities.

“Over the years, Syretski Sady has become more than just a residential complex. It is now home to several thousand families and has developed its own close-knit community. At the same time, Novi Syretski Sady is not simply a continuation of a familiar format. We have reconsidered the architecture, infrastructure, and landscaping in order to adapt the project to the evolving needs of buyers — from apartment layouts to the organization of spaces for recreation, sports, and family leisure,” comments Olha Borovyk, Brand Marketer at Intergal-Bud.

The project will include 172 guest parking spaces. An additional 1,426 parking spaces will be available in a multi-level parking facility, which is already under construction.

One of the key advantages of the new buildings will be the autonomy of their engineering systems. The buildings will feature their own rooftop gas boiler houses, providing heating independently of the municipal district heating network.

At the launch of sales, buyers can choose from apartment layouts ranging from 34 to 83 sq. m, with prices starting from UAH 54,000 per sq. m. The developer also offers a two-year installment plan with a down payment starting from 40%.

The planned completion date for buildings Nos. 11 and 12 is Q1 2029.
