Start of Parking Sales at Syretski Sady

The development company Intergal-Bud has started selling parking spaces in the multi-level surface parking of the Syretski Sady residential complex in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv.

The total parking area is over 40 thousand m2. The building will have one underground and nine above-ground floors and is designed for 1,426 parking spaces.

Parking spaces of various types and sizes are available to buyers. The project also provides for spaces for electric vehicles, 24-hour security and a video surveillance system.

Also, a Shelter zone will be equipped in the underground part of the parking lot, which will serve as a shelter for the complex's residents during air raids.

Special purchase conditions apply to buyers at the start of sales.

“The creation of a multi-level parking lot is an important step in the development of the complex's infrastructure, which will provide car owners with a comfortable, safe and modern parking space,” says Olga Borovyk, brand marketing specialist at Intergal-Bud.“A private parking space not only guarantees the safety of the car and saves time searching for a parking space, but also helps make the interior of the complex more comfortable for residents. At the same time, the underground part of the parking lot will serve as a Shelter zone, which residents can use during air raids.”

The planned date for the parking lot to be put into operation is the first quarter of 2028.
