The shopping center in the residential complex "Kyivsky" has been put into operation

Another important stage in the development of the Kyivskyi residential complex — the shopping center was put into operation.

On July 28, 2026, the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued an official certificate series ИУ123260721870.

Receipt of the certificate of readiness confirms the completion of construction work and the compliance of the facility with the established construction and technical requirements.

Characteristics of the shopping center:

• Total building area – 8464.91 m2
• Number of floors – 3
• Covered area – 3922.11 m2

The shopping center will become part of the commercial and service infrastructure of the residential complex "Kyivsky". Its appearance will expand the opportunities for residents to make everyday purchases and receive services directly next to their homes and complement the infrastructure of the residential complex.

The next stage is preparing the premises for opening and filling the shopping center with shops, establishments and services. This will allow the formation of additional points of attraction not only for residents of the Kyivskyi residential complex, but also for residents of the surrounding area.

The commissioning of the shopping center is another step in the development of the comprehensive infrastructure of the Kyivskyi residential complex in Chernivtsi.
