For residents

Unity with nature is what the inhabitants of both large cities and small towns want. So we made sure that the residents of our complexes in the capital Poznyaky and in the village of Gatny had access to clean water. The embankments and beaches of Korolyok Lake near the Prychal 8 residential complex and the lakes on the territory of the Ozerny Gai Hatne residential complex were equipped by the company. And in Gatny ponds have become a cozy home for swans.

We make sure that everyone, even the smallest resident, of our complexes is comfortable. Therefore, projects from Intergal-Bud include the construction of kindergartens and schools for children. And outside of the educational process, they will have interesting leisure time on various playgrounds, where both toddlers and older children can have fun.

We organize family holidays for adults. It is an opportunity to have fun in the company of neighbors, to form a friendly community, not just residents of one complex, but a small community united by love for their place of residence.

We know how difficult it is to find time for sports in the modern, hectic pace of life, so the sports competitions organized by the company are an additional opportunity to join active leisure for the benefit of one's own health. In the summer of 2021, Intergal-Bud held the first INTERGAL-BUD CUP mini-football tournament among residential complexes. Our goal was not to identify the best, but to show as many people as possible that it is possible to find time for physical activity, especially when you live in a modern residential complex with the appropriate infrastructure.
