Intergal-Bud has successfully completed the accreditation of the Sky Avenue residential complex under the state affordable mortgage program “єОселя” with Globus Bank.
The accreditation confirms that the buildings meet the requirements of the partner bank and the terms of the state mortgage program, while also ensuring transparent financing and greater investment reliability for future apartment owners.
Buyers can use the “єОселя” program to purchase their own home on favorable terms with a preferential annual interest rate of 3% or 7%, depending on the program conditions.
Sky Avenue is a large-scale comfort-class residential complex in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district. The project features 16-storey buildings arranged around spacious inner courtyards designed according to the “car-free courtyard” concept. The complex will include a landscaped promenade, children’s and sports grounds, bicycle paths, commercial premises, its own educational facility, a shopping and entertainment center, and a sports complex with a swimming pool. Underground parking will also be available for residents.
The planned completion date for Building No. 3 is Q3 2027.
