Construction Progress at Intergal-Bud Projects as of December 2025

In December 2025, Intergal-Bud continues active construction across all its projects in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Monolithic and masonry works, installation of engineering systems, façades, and interior finishing are underway at the sites. In addition, in December, Building No. 4 of the Teremky Residential Complex was officially assigned a postal address, and Building No. 2 of the Sky Avenue Residential Complex received a readiness certificate.
