Intergal City is the winner of the BIP Global Architecture Award 2026 in London

The multifunctional complex Intergal City, developed by Intergal-Bud, became the winner of the international BIP Global Architecture Award 2026 in the Residential category.

The jury of the award noted the comprehensive rethinking of the territory, where part of the previous project had already been implemented. Omega Architectural Bureau, together with the architects of Intergal-Bud, proposed a new development concept, adapting it to the existing structures and the difficult landscape area, forming a fundamentally new project concept of residential, commercial and recreational structures from five round towers.

Futuristic towers of different heights and orientations, resembling sails or ship hulls, are located at different angles to each other. This layout reduces the number of direct views between apartments and provides greater privacy for residents, improves apartment insolation, and opens up wide panoramic views of Kyiv, the slopes of the Dnieper, the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, and the Motherland.

It was the interaction of the five towers, the raised landscape, and the harmonious separation of public, residential, and private spaces that became one of the key features of the project, which was recognized by the BIP Global Architecture Award jury.

The jury paid special attention to the functional zoning of Intergal City and the formation of a multi-level landscape space: the stylobate will feature green walking routes, children's and sports areas, and places for recreation. Green terraces and bridges will form additional common spaces on the upper levels of the complex.

The complex includes 707 apartments with panoramic glazing and private terraces, a multi-level underground parking for 1,350 cars at the metro level with a Shelter zone, business spaces, retail spaces, a fitness center, SPA and other various services. At the same time, routes for residents, visitors and service operations are separated, which allows minimizing the movement of visitors through the residential and private parts.

“Intergal City is the company's premium flagship complex, in which we strive to combine modern architecture, functionality and the comfort of an urban environment. It is especially valuable that the international jury noted precisely those solutions that were the basis of the concept: working with space, privacy, panoramic views, multi-level landscape and content,” - noted Olena Ryzhova, Commercial Director of Intergal-Bud.

For the Intergal-Bud development company, the victory of the Intergal City complex at the BIP Global Architecture Award 2026 was another international recognition of the architectural solutions of the project and the work of the entire team creating it. The company continues to build the complex in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, and the first tower, A, will be ready by the end of 2026.
